A born and raised Montanan, Troy has been hunting since he can remember. He’s spent an immense amount of time in the hills, draws, river-bottoms and everywhere in between of southeast Montana. Troy has spent 12 years guiding hunters. His favorite game to chase is elk and mule deer. Troy, along with his wife Amanda and son Barrett, ranch and farm near Boyes, MT. With a deep passion for being stewards of the land, taking care of livestock, and guiding customers to trophy animals, the Mills’ have found their calling in both of their businesses.

Born in Central Florida, Bryan grew up hunting and fishing with friends and family members. Shortly after high school, he started working at a local archery shop where he repaired bows and also setup new bows for customers. In 2015, he took a big leap and left Florida to pursue a guiding job in the Wrangell Mountains of Alaska. The outfitter he worked for also ran a business in Southeastern Montana. After setting eyes on the country, he knew he found his new home. Bryan has guided in Alaska for big horn sheep, moose and bear for 8 years and now guides for Rough Creek Outfitters. His true passion, other than chasing Dalls sheep, is stalking bugling bulls in September. During the winter you can find him chasing mountain lions in the hills and during the spring and summer months he works on a ranch near Broadus, MT.
